Shared talent India at Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week (23/10/2009)
Shared Talent India, one of London College of Fashion’s Centre for Sustainable Fashion’s (CSF) key projects of 2009 funded by the UK's Defra (Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs) under the UK-India Sustainable Development Dialogue and supported by the Indian Government, is participating in the Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week exhibition. Earlier this year, it was showcased in the Monsoon stand at Estethica at the London Fashion Week.
The project is one of a series of actions being implemented by the clothing and fashion sector under the Defra-led Sustainable Clothing Action Plan and Roadmap process to improve the environmental and ethical performance of clothing.
Pearl Academy of Fashion will be showcasing the Shared Talent India initiative on 24 and 25 October 2009 at the Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week exhibition in Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.
You are kindly requested to cover the initiative.
