The FCO-DFID joint climate change and energy unit is based at the DFID office in New Delhi. The team focuses on promoting low carbon technology and supporting international negotiations on a post-2012 framework on climate change. The unit is headed by Owen Jenkins, Counsellor, Climate Change and Energy.
